In case you don't visit my general Whimsydust Affair blog and may not have seen the new wallpaper I posted there I'm also posting it here because it is indeed vintage. *(s). I used flowers from my own photography, some vintage ones and also some of my painted ones plus the lady in the centre is my mum. Taken in Australia back in the fifties I guess. She was actually sitting on the bumper bar of my dad's truck. I think she looks great in here ....
She is buried back in Tasmania in a little country cemetery close to the horses and sheep in the field and I'm sure it was the ideal spot for her .. she was a country girl and loved the apple trees and the animals.
